John Bennett is set to step down as Rangers chairman.

During that time, Bennett has had to contend with the nightmare move to Hampden after material delays meant being locked out of Ibrox for a significant period.

The chairman also faced the fury of supporters in the wake of the recent 3-0 loss to Celtic in the first derby meeting between the clubs this term.
