Stephen Welsh has seen it, done it, and racked up the title-winning t-shirts at Celtic, so the central defender is taking the recent pressure that has been placed upon the shoulders of Brendan Rodgers’ squad in his stride.
What’s more, he says that his teammates have too, dismissing any notion that there is unrest within the camp as has been widely mooted as Rangers have eaten into their lead at the top of the Premiership.
There are no cracks, he says, and no rifts within a squad that showed with their win at St Mirren on Scottish Cup duty on Sunday that they are united behind the common cause of delivering success to Celtic this season.
"I have been under pressure for 15 years now,” Welsh said.
"Every week you need to go and win. You enjoy it as well, you enjoy the pressure because you need to go and win.

"A draw or a defeat is a nightmare so yeah, we know the pressure and we stand up to it all the time.
"We are so determined. It is like tunnel vision for us, we don't focus on anything else, we focus on ourselves, how we will play, break teams down and defend.
"We take every game 100 per cent, every training session leads up to the next game so for us, it is normal for us to be under that pressure and we always deal with it very well.
"We are always strong together. We know that every team wants to beat Celtic and our job is to stop that. Our job is to win games, perform well and win trophies for the club.
"There are no cracks. We are confident in what we do. The gaffer is confident in what we do and we stick together, not just the back four, the midfield three and front three and whoever comes on the pitch.
"We are together, we are really a united team so we will move forward.
"We are used to this. Every season the pressure for every Celtic player is huge.
“We deal with it really well. Especially the last couple of seasons, we have been very successful, and it is about us maintaining the standards to be successful again and go and win the trophies that are available to us."
What the win in Paisley also showed, according to Welsh, was that this Celtic side are no soft touches, seeing off the physical threat of Saints comfortably.
"I think we always have the fire in the belly,” he said.
"Every team comes to beat us, and our job is to stop them, play our own game and we have done that in last couple of games.

"There is always a determination in this group. Not only the quality but the character that we have.
"We have a lot of experienced players who have won trophies.
"We won a treble last season so the experience we have in the team is excellent.
"We are always looking at the next game, we know that is the cliche but that's what we do.”
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
