Holders Rangers will face Dundee in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final.
Philippe Clement's side - who advanced with victory over St Johnstone - will host the tie at Hampden on the weekend of September 21/22.
Celtic, meanwhile, go head-to-head with Championship side Falkirk in the next round of the competition.
Brendan Rodgers' team beat Hibs in the knockout round while Falkirk dumped Hearts out of the competition.
Aberdeen host The Spartans at Pittodrie in the quarter-final with an all-Scottish Premiership affair between Motherwell and Dundee United in the fourth tie of the round.
