Rangers remain engaged in discussions with Aris Limassol regarding a potential transfer of vice-captain Connor Goldson to the Cypriot side.
Despite some speculation, Sky Sports claim that no medical has been scheduled at this point, as the clubs continue to work on finalising an agreement.
Goldson recently traveled to Cyprus to initiate talks about the move.
The 31-year-old defender has been included in Rangers' travelling squad for tonight's pre-season friendly against Birmingham City, although he is not anticipated to feature in the match, which kicks-off at 7.30pm.
Since pitching up at Ibrox in 2018, Goldson has made over 300 appearances, contributing to the team's success by winning the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Cup, and League Cup during that six year period. He was also instrumental in helping Rangers reach the Europa League final in 2022 under Gio van Bronckhorst.

In addition to Goldson's situation, Rangers are in negotiations with Trabzonspor concerning a potential transfer for captain James Tavernier.
Should both experienced players depart, it would result in a significant reduction in the club's wage bill, freeing up in excess of £70,000 per week as manager Philippe Clement looks to reshape the squad.
During a recent pre-season training camp in the Netherlands, the Rangers manager announced that the club is open to offers for all players, with the exception of goalkeeper Jack Butland.
This indicates that out-of-favour stars like Sam Lammers, Scott Wright, Cyriel Dessers, and Todd Cantwell may also depart if the interest from other clubs becomes official.
The Belgian said: "If there's somebody coming with the right amount of money we will see, we will discuss. But you always need to see, then you need to replace somebody, and you need enough money to replace them to make it better, otherwise it is also of no use. It's finding a balance in that way.
"I believe there is only one player that is irreplaceable at the moment, that I don't think a team will pay the money he is worth, for sure, and that is Jack Butland. Everybody knows what I think about that. Every player falls into that category - Jack doesn't.
"If somebody comes with £30-£40m you can replace him [Butland] for that money. If it is a good amount you can replace him and do something else. We will see."
