MICHAEL BEALE admits Rangers are still a work in progress after seeing his side earn a narrow victory over Ross County on Friday night.
A first half strike from John Lundstram was all that separated the teams in Dingwall as Rangers produced another low key showing on the road.
Beale is now three from three since succeeding Giovanni van Bronckhorst as boss earlier this month after Rangers followed up their wins over Hibernian and Aberdeen.
And the Englishman knows there is still plenty of room for improvement as he prepares for the visit of Motherwell and defining Old Firm showdown with Celtic in the coming days.
Beale said: "I thought some of the domination in terms of having possession of the ball was quite good. I thought at times we didn’t recognise that we could run behind and that was an area we can improve.
"We got young Adam into some fantastic positions, especially first half, and second half we have three or four moments when we are three on two or four on three and we just need to execute.

"The actual approach play to get there I was pleased with. We know we are a work in progress, we know that the most important thing is to keep winning and as we keep winning you will see players come back.
"I was delighted to have Connor and Ben back tonight playing together and that leads to a clean sheet. That is a good sign moving forward.
"I have come back into the group that has been a little bit quiet in and around the training ground, a little bit quiet in the changing room. I know everything is not fantastic in terms of the feeling but all we can do is play games and win.
"We had big win away and Pittodrie and we have come here tonight and won again. These games are here to challenge us, in a challenging time of the year as well with the travel.
"Sometimes you have just got to get the three points and get out of here and we will keep moving forward. We will look forward to Motherwell on the 28th now."
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
