Former Rangers youngster Calum Biggar has signed a contract extension with Queen’s Park.

The midfielder joined the Spiders in 2020 after eight years in the youth ranks at Ibrox.

The 19-year-old has penned a new 12-month deal to stay on for the Glasgow club’s tilt at the Championship following remarkable back-to-back promotions.

He said: “I am delighted to extend my time with the club as the club have high ambitions for the future and hopefully [we’ll] have more success like the previous two seasons.

“It was a proud moment for both me and my family.

"I can’t wait to get back in for pre-season and further develop myself as a player this season.”
