With the league now mathematically out of reach, John Kennedy’s side know the last chance of silverware they have this campaign is the cup competition.
While a return to the Championship is the Bairns top priority, they’ll hope they can catch an off-colour Celtic and progress to the next round of the cup as Ross County did at the tail end of 2020.
Falkirk’s League Cup campaign was ended by the other half of the Old Firm earlier in the season, when Steven Gerrard’s men ran out 4-0 winners.
When does the game kick-off?
The game kicks off at 7.30 on Saturday, April 3 at Parkhead.
What channel is the match on?
The match is live on Premier Sports 1. Coverage will begin at 7pm. Unlike some of the other Scottish Cup ties this weekend, the match is not free to air on the BBC.

What is the team news?
Kennedy may well be tempted to rotate his squad, but Celtic are likely to field a strong team.
"It's an important competition for us so we'll put out a strong team and there'll be one or two decisions to make with players who've come off the back of a busy schedule,” Kennedy said.
"It's an opportunity for a lot of the boys who haven't played at Parkhead or been involved against a team of that stature to express themselves,” Falkirk co-manager David McCracken said.
"They [Celtic] might make a few changes but at the same time it's still going to be a strong team, we know that.”
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
