CELTIC striker Moussa Dembele has been named Ladbrokes Premiership player of the month for February after scoring 11 goals in five games for the champions in all competitions.

The France Under-21 international netted back-to-back hat-tricks against St Johnstone and Inverness in February before hitting the net a further five times in league games against Motherwell, Hamilton and Caley Thistle.

It is the second time this season the 20-year-old has picked up the accolade, having been awarded the gong in September.

Dembele's recent flurry of goals has taken his seasonal tally to 32 in 44 matches, helping his side build up a 27-point lead at the summit of the Premiership.

The Hoops welcome Rangers to Celtic Park on Sunday for the fourth meeting between the sides this season, as they look to further extend their unbeaten domestic record.
