A Berwick Rangers player has angered Rangers fans by suggesting Nathan Oduwa deserved the challenge that injured him at Ibrox.
Oduwa, who is on-loan from Spurs, was hurt by a challenge by Kieran Gibbons during Rangers Petrofac Cup clash against Livingston.
Berwick striker Andy Russell has now called Oduwa a clown on Twitter and suggested he deserved the challenge.
He tweeted: “To be fair if Oduwa comes up here acting the big man and playing the clown he’ll be treated like that.”
The tweet has since been deleted and Russell has now made his account private.
Rangers fans have now hit back at Russell on Twitter.
