THAT the Named Person scheme is intrusive and invasive is self-evident and the failure to provide training for those burdened with implementing it (“Teachers and social workers not trained on ‘named person’”, The Herald, November 7) renders it an unwanted shambles. Time for John Swinney to show some mature humility and scrap it altogether.
