As many missed out on getting tickets, Oasis fans are calling for the band to add “more dates” to their UK and Ireland tour.
This morning (August 31), thousands of music fans tried to buy tickets but many were left in a queue on ticket-selling websites for hours.
Queuing up didn’t automatically result in being able to buy tickets so some fans have gone without while others remain in the queue, hours after the UK tickets released at 9am.
This has resulted in some fans giving up and others hoping that Oasis will add more dates.
. @NoelGallagher @liamgallagher @oasis Come on lads have a heart and get some more dates announced. I’m still in a queue so if you hurry I’ve still got a chance at a ticket!! #oasis2025 #oasis

Will Oasis add more dates to the reunion tour?
The band reuniting has excited thousands of people and those who missed out are now left wondering if they’ll get to see them perform at additional dates on the tour.
While Liam and Noel Gallagher haven’t confirmed any additional dates after the general ticket sales, they did add dates beforehand so it’s possible they might do it again, having seen the huge interest in this morning’s general sale.
They did confirm, however, that they won't be performing at Glastonbury or any other festivals next year.
Fans are really keen to have some more dates added to the 2025 schedule in the hopes they’ll have another chance to secure their tickets.
Taking to X, fans shared their frustration over not getting tickets with one saying: “Yeah @oasis we’re gonna need some more dates please.
“#OasisReunion”.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
