Apple cider vinegar is an extremely popular health remedy with many choosing to make use of it to help with things like weight loss.

What are the health benefits of apple cider vinegar?
Researchers have suggested that apple cider vinegar may be able to help with weight loss after an experiment was carried out over a 12-week period.
The research compared the effects of this hack with a placebo test group to see how much weight was lost.
The group that drank up to a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (diluted in a glass of water) lost around 6kg over the period with those in the placebo group only losing around 1kg.
However, scientists not involved in the study have suggested that the methodology was too flawed to draw any firm conclusion, adding that further investigation is needed.
According to Healthline, the remedy may also be able to help with reducing cholesterol, lower blood sugar levels and improve symptoms of diabetes.
Helping to reduce blood sugar levels and symptoms of diabetes are some of the most convincing applications of this with a 2019 trial suggesting that apple cider vinegar has "beneficial effects on the glycemic index and oxidative stress in individuals with diabetes and dyslipidemia."
The remedy may also boost skin and heart health, including conditions such as eczema and dry skin.

Many choose to dilute apple cider vinegar in water and drink it as a beverage. Standard dosages range from 1-2 teaspoons per day.
Too much apple cider vinegar can cause issues like tooth enamel erosion and potential drug interactions.
It is recommended that people make use of organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
