First Minister John Swinney has warned of 'disruption' if his budget is not backed by MSPs.
While the First Minister insisted his party was ready for an early Holyrood election, he urged opposition parties to back his administration’s tax and spending plans, due to be set out next week, and work for "the collective good." See here
