A “substantial” multi-venue licensed premises over two floors has been brought to market.
The premises include a “long-established” public house with 60 covers, newly refurbished restaurant for 38 and a cocktail bar for 24.
Smith and Clough Business Associates said the Drake, incorporating Rascal cocktail bar and Faim restaurant in Lynedoch Street in the West End of Glasgow is in a “prominent” trading position.
The agent said the premises also have a licensed courtyard seating area to front and enclosed beer garden to rear, and are close to Park Circus. Surrounding operators include The Dram, The Arlington and Finsbay Flatiron.

The business is run under management and has weekly sales of around £18,000 gross and “huge growth potential”.
The leasehold is available at offers over £195,000.
