A restaurant and bar overlooking a marina and bay has been brought to the market.

The premises also have a village shop said to be popular with sailors as a further income stream.

Drysdale and Company said the Lord of the Isles at Craobh Haven on the west coast of Scotland is a fully equipped licensed bar and restaurant featuring 72 covers, a commercial kitchen, and a residential apartment, with outdoor seating overlooking the marina.

The small open-plan shop was said to be popular with visitors from the nearby holiday properties and sailors at the marina, “providing a useful supplementary income to the bar and restaurant”.
