A traditional pub in a historic Scottish town has been put on the market.

The pub has been owned by the current landlord for over 20 years, and represents a “rarely-available investment opportunity”.

The Scottish Business Agency said the Pageant Bar in Arbroath “will appeal to traditional investors and parties wishing to acquire investments for pension purposes”.
