A Glasgow recruitment business focused on the data and technology industries has appointed a new managing director.

MBN Solutions, which was founded by chief executive Michael Young in 2007, hailed Shannon McKechnie as an “exceptional fit” for the role.

Ms McKechnie has more than 20 years’ recruitment industry experience. The firm declared that her career has been “defined by her commitment to understanding her clients’ needs and building teams that reflect her values of integrity, collaboration, and client-focused service”.
