Scottish pop-rock icons Del Amitri will kick off next year's Summer Nights on the Southside festival with special guest King Creosote
The four-day festival, running from June 26-29, will also feature acclaimed British singer-songwriters Kathryn Williams &Withered Hand on the opening night.
Del Amitri frontman Justin Currie revealed earlier this year he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and has had to "relearn" how to sing hits including Nothing Ever Happens and Always The Last to Know.
The band performed at the festival's sister event at Kelvingrove Bandstand last year with BBC presenter and super-fan Laura Keunsberg spotted in the sell-out crowd.
Irish rockers the Saw Doctors will take take top billing on June 27 in the 6000-capacity big top supported by Hothouse Flowers, who announced a major tour next year celebrating their classic albums People and Home.
Echo and the Bunnymen will return to Glasgow on June 28 with special guests the Lightning Seeds and Liverpool singer-songwriter Michael Head, who has been described by the NME as "among the most gifted British songwriters of his generation."
Music launched the festival four years ago, following on from the success of Summer Nights at the Bandstand in Glasgow's west end.
RegularThe final day will see indie favourites Ocean Colour Scene perform, backed by Glasvegas, Ben Walker and London's 'First Lady of Soul' PP Arnold.
Her career to date has seen the singer back Ike & Tina Turner as one of ‘The Ikettes’, record with Mick Jagger, The Small Faces, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, Barry Gibb and Primal Scream, and provide her distinctive backing vocals for Billy Ocean, Peter Gabriel, The KLF, Paul Weller and Roger Waters.

John Stout of Regular Music said ‘We are delighted to have such a fantastic range of artists for next year’s Summer Nights on the Southside.
"Scotland has always been such a special place for all of these artist so we’re really looking forward to a great weekend of live music."
Gates open each day at 4pm and festival site includes an artisan food and coffee village and licensed bars.
Previous artists to play headline shows at Summer Nights on the Southside include Primal Scream, The Proclaimers, Hozier, Mogwai, The Waterboys and The Charlatans.
