A driver has been charged in connection with a crash which killed an elderly cyclist more than a year ago.
A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with a crash in Angus on June 16 2023 which involved two elderly cyclists and a silver Ford Fiesta.
The crash happened on the B965, Friockheim to Arbroath Road at about 3.30pm.
Emergency services attended and the cyclists, a 76-year-old man and a 74-year-old woman, were taken to hospital but the woman died later that day.

The driver of the car, a 26-year-old man, was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear in court at a later date.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
