A 'hidden gem' Scottish restaurant with a quirky menu concept is celebrating its second year of TripAdvisor award winning success.
Located in the small fishing village of Tarbert, Lulabelles prides itself on creating a cosy atmosphere with 'funky tunes' and warming food that 'won't be found anywhere else'.
Throughout the summer season, this means tapas plates while Alpine-mountain-style dishes are introduced from Autumn onwards.
Highlights include a raclette cheese platter, tartiflette and cheese fondues with bread, pickles and charcuterie.

This paired with friendly service has earned the team a Travellers Choice Award from TripAdvisor for the second time.
This distinction is awarded to restaurants which consistently earn great reviews from travellers and are ranked within the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor.
The team said: "Visitors to our small fishing village are often thrilled to discover the Kintyre Peninsula with all it has to offer and are very surprised to find Lulabelles of Tarbert hidden at the end of the high street.
"Whilst many popular restaurants, in the Highlands and Islands, close throughout the winter months, we remain steadfastly open.
"So if you’re planning a wee Winter Break, why not consider Tarbert?"
Following news of the win, Lulabelles is now looking forward to the festive season with plans to host its annual Hogmanay Party.
Priced at £40, tickets include a welcome drink as well as your pick of snacks from a feasting table with snowball fights and a snow machine for entertainment.
Lulabelles of Tarbert is located at 55 Harbour Street in Tarbert.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
