A restaurant 'renowned' for its Sunday Roast and gastropub menus will open in Glasgow's Southside this week.
Open from Thursday, October 16, the Loveable Rogue is the latest addition to Nithsdale Road in the neighbourhood of Strathbungo.
The site, formerly home to Sur Lie restaurant, will showcase a seasonal well-crafted weekend brunch, a la carte and Sunday roast menus using quality ingredients and local produce.
With successful Loveable Rogues already operating in both the West and East end of the city, owners Joe and Amalia Lazzerini hope that their new space will create another 'flexible, relaxed and cosy' 40-cover restaurant.

Ahead of opening night, Amalia Lazzerini said: "By combining our focus on comfort food with friendly neighbourhood service, The Loveable Rogue Southside will offer a lively yet calm eating environment.
"Strathbungo, renowned for being one of the hippest areas in the city, makes this Southside gem a great location for our third Rogue".
On the menu at the Loveable Rogue will be a selection of comfort food classics including Roast Lamb Rump, Chicken Kiev, Ox Cheek Pie and traditional Sunday afternoon beef roasts.
Interiors will be 'homey and earthy', with a mix of exposed brick and beams, comfy furnishings, as well as an outdoor seating area with 20 covers for warmer weather dining and drinking.
Head chef and co-owner Joe Lazzerini said: "We will provide hearty, simple, and delicious meals that everyone can enjoy.
"Along with Rogue's heartier dishes, we bring our renowned Sunday roast to the community, which is served all day every Sunday."
The Loveable Rogue Southside plans to create eight new jobs as they launch this week and will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm - late for a la carte dining and Sundays 12pm - 9pm for all-day Sunday Roast.
News of a confirmed opening date comes just weeks after Strathbungo was named as one of the 'world's coolest neighbourhoods' by global travel guide Time Out.
To curate this year's list, editors worked with local writers and editors across some of the world’s best cities and asked them what the 'coolest neighbourhood' in their city is right now, and why.

Grace Beard, travel editor at Time Out, said: “Time Out’s annual ranking of the World’s Coolest Neighbourhoods celebrates the most unique and exciting pockets of our cities.
"The neighbourhoods on this year’s list have a lot in common: great places to eat and drink, cutting-edge culture, street life and a thriving community.
"But they’re also a distinct reflection of their cities, with each of them offering something special you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
"Some have only just reached their moment; others have been ‘cool’ for some time and are finding a new groove – all of them should be on your radar to visit in these cities."
The Loveable Rogue Southside is located at 122 - 124 Nithsdale Road in Glasgow.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
