Emergency services are tackling a fire at a block of flats in Glasgow.

Police and fire crews responded to reports of a fire at a building in Prospecthill Crescent, Glasgow, at around 5.40pm on Tuesday.

Officers said there are no reports of any injuries and there is no wider risk to the public. A cordon is in place.

A spokesperson for Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said at around 6.15pm: “We are in attendance just now.

“We have five appliances in attendance at the moment.

“We currently have no further information.”
