A major UK health and wellness retailer has opened a new outlet in a city shopping centre.

The new Holland & Barrett store in Edinburgh's St James Quarter "comes complete with a fresh look and feel".

The 2056 sq.ft store also boasts "even more of Holland & Barrett’s latest ranges of health and wellness solutions, including leading brands and their new food range, marking their most significant food transformation in a decade".

Store Manager, Gemma Lockerbie, commented: “As manager of Holland & Barrett Edinburgh St James, I am delighted to open this new and iconic store. The team are ready to welcome in our new customers and have been given additional training to ensure we offer the best advice across health and wellness. We’ve not only invested in our staff and back of house facilities but also in providing a comfortable, clean and easy to navigate shopping experience for everyone.

The new store has been refitted using mild steel, a 100% recyclable material, along with FSC certified wood. LED powered lighting has also been designed to be more efficient, reduce energy consumption and cut carbon emissions.
