A man has been charged in connection with an alleged attempted murder in Paisley.
A 40-year-old man was found unresponsive on George Street in the Renfrewshire town on Friday at 11.55pm before being taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where he was described as being in a serious condition.
A 31-year-old was arrested and he has now been charged in connection with the incident.
He will appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday.
