A man who abused two young girls over the course of 20 years has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Derek Lamond, 59, targeted the victims at various Fife addresses, as well as during car journeys in other parts of Scotland.

He provided the two children with cigarettes and alcohol during the abuse, as well as offering them money to expose themselves to him.

He was found guilty of assaulting and raping one child and attempting to rape another between the mid-90s and 2016, as well as multiple sexual offences involving his victims.
