A Scottish Hospitality Group is confident that its next venue will be a hit when it launches in Edinburgh city centre next month.
Taking over the former Superico site at 99 Hanover Street, the Bow Hospitality Group is said to have spent 'several years' searching for the perfect location for its first venture in the capital.
The space is now undergoing a complete transformation led by design studio JA!COCO! which takes inspiration from the city of Cabo San Lucas.

Drawing from the lifestyle and culture of the 'party peninsula' in Mexico, Cabo will bring a taste of the Pacific coast to Scotland with live sushi making, a late-night bar and a menu full of a "Baja Californian fusion" of Japanese and Mexican dishes.
This will range from ceviche sharing platters to hand-pressed soft shell tacos and 60-day dry-aged Millers of Speyside Scotch steak.
Ryan Bowman, director of Bow Hospitality, said: “We are extremely excited to expand to the Capital and to show Edinburgh what we are all about.
“We are passionate about providing unique, innovative, and memorable dining experiences, and we are confident that Cabo will be a total hit, with the marriage of two much-loved cuisines, beautiful cocktails and live entertainment set against colour interiors.”

Following a launch date next month, which has yet to be announced, Cabo will be open seven days a week hosting live DJs from Thursdays to Sundays.
The 70-seater bar and restaurant is the 12th venue in the Bow Hospitality Group portfolio which also includes Mezcal, Saint Judes, The Merchant Steakhouse and the Hielan Jessie in Glasgow.
Cabo will be located at 99 Hanover Street in Edinburgh.
