A French hiker who was reported missing in the Highlands has been traced.
Police in Lochaber appealed to the public to locate Francois Remodeau this week.
The alarm was raised after Mr Remodeau, aged in his mid-60s, failed to return to his tent on a campsite in the Faichem Road area of Invergarry on Sunday.

Police confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that Mr Remodeau had been traced.
