The Batman, which was being filmed in Scotland and starred Glasgow as a proxy for Gotham City, has been delayed by four months.

The superhero film was set to arrive in June 2021 but will now be released on October 1, studio Warner Bros said.

The Batman will see British star Pattinson make his debut as the Dark Knight as filming began in Glasgow earlier this year.
