TWO police officers are being treated in the hospital after pursuing a driver in a car chase through the Govan area of the city.
Police Scotland confirmed that their officers are being treated for minor injuries following the road crash which happened at the Pacific Drive this morning.
The force said officers were looking for a van in Govan in relation to an ongoing investigation. The van was located but allegedly failed to stop.
Police Scotland officers then used tactical measures to bring the vehicle to a halt and the driver of the van was arrested.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "At about 10.10 am this morning, enquiries were ongoing to trace a van in the Govan area.
"The van was located in the Harmony Row area of Govan, however, it failed to stop.
"The van was then brought to a halt by police tactical measures a short time later in the Pacific Quay area of Glasgow.
"The driver of the van was arrested.
"Two police officers have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with minor injuries and enquiries into the circumstances are continuing."
