MOST of Glasgow's rail services are expected to be disrupted for the rest of the day amid overhead line issues.
ScotRail trains are currently unable to travel between Partick and Charing Cross due to the "extensive damage".
It means Glasgow Queen Street's low level services have all been cancelled for the forseeable future - but it has emerged the effects are being felt across the central belt.
ScotRail further warned that the disruption had left many trains and crews out of place - and there would be some cancellations tomorrow morning because of this.

ScotRail warned: "We're expecting disruption on all services via Glasgow Central Low Level & Queen Street Low Level until the end of today.
"If it's not essential, we're advising against travel on routes via Glasgow Central & Queen St Low Level.
"Staff are on site and have begun repairs, but due to the extent of the damage disruption is now expected to continue until end of service."

At 7.30pm there were 53 live service cancellations with damage to overhead wires at the Charing cross station the primary cause of the problems.
Cancellation details show disruption had spread outside of Glasgow to much of the central belt, and affecting services to Edinburgh. Amongst the worst hit were services between Balloch and Airdrie, Edinburgh and Helensburgh Central.
ScotRail said they can use their ticket on certain Glasgow buses and the underground.
ScotRail have been hit by a series of complaints about how they are handling the disruption and some complaining they were being made to pay to get an alternative bus.

A ScotRail spokesperson said: “We’re sorry to customers who have experienced disruption to their journey.
“Anyone delayed by 30 minutes or more is entitled to claim for compensation through our Delay Repay Guarantee on the ScotRail website or mobile app.”
