Mary Berry cooks up new delights for upcoming TV series
FORMER Bake Off judge Mary Berry spent 10 days cooking up new delights at Scone Palace.
The 82-year-old will also be shown deer stalking and ceilidh dancing at the Perthshire estate for the four-part BBC show Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.
Viewers are promised a behind-the-scenes peek at the palace, known for being the crowning place of the Kings of Scots.
Lady Mansfield, the owner, said: “It was inspiring to see Mary, whom I regard as one of the country’s great TV cooks, soak up our history and use it to create her own gorgeous dishes.”
The programme will go out on BBC 1 on November 29.
