Man appears in court after Clackmannanshire attempted murder
A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an incident in Clackmannanshire.
A 40-year-old man suffered cuts to his neck after the incident in Whins Road, Alloa, at about 8.30pm on Saturday.
George Hutchison, or Drummond, appeared in private at Alloa Sheriff Court today on a charge of attempted murder, the Crown Office confirmed.
The 34-year-old, from the town, made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody. He is expected to return to court next week.
