Fire raiser Lord Watson promoted to Jeremy Corbyn's front bench
Jeremy Corbyn has made Lord Mike Watson his education spokesman in the House of Lords.
The former Labour MSP Mike Watson was jailed for 16 months in prison in 2015 for starting a fire which endangered lives at an Edinburgh hotel.
Lord Watson had admitted wilful fire-raising.
