Police hunt man who failed to return to Edinburgh Prison
Police are searching for a man who failed to return to prison more than three weeks ago.
Jared Kay, 25, from Linlithgow, was due to return to HMP Edinburgh on August 18.
He is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build with short dark brown hair, brown eyes and a Scottish accent.
He has ROGAN tattooed on his right arm.
Police have urged anyone with information to contact them.
Inspector Gregor Forbes said: "We are currently working alongside our relevant partners at the Prison Service to establish Jared Kay's current whereabouts and return him to prison. Anyone with information relevant to our ongoing inquiries should contact Police immediately on 101."
