A 91-year-old man has died after a house fire.
Emergency services were called to the blaze at Phingask Cottages in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, at about 11am yesterday.
Police Scotland said there were no suspicious circumstances and inquiries into the incident were ongoing.
