BOSNIA hero Colonel Bob Stewart has married the Swiss aid worker he

met during the civil war. Army sources said that the 45-year-old former

commander of the Cheshire Regiment was now on honeymoon after marrying

28-year-old Claire Podbielski in Weybridge, Surrey, on Friday. It is

understood that the couple were staying at Army quarters in Shepperton,

Surrey. The romance between the colonel, who was awarded a DSO for his

courage, and the Red Cross worker was an open secret among fellow

officers and journalists covering the conflict.
