THE youth delegation, attending for the first time, were quick to make their presence felt.
Mr Alan Millar, from Aberdeen, asked convener of the Kirk's board of practice and procedure, Mrs Ann McCarter, whether 18-25 year olds would soon be able to vote. Mrs McCarter said the matter was kept under consideration.
