GOOD natured Hearts fans were praised yesterday for the cheerful party atmosphere which greeted the team home to Tynecastle on Sunday afternoon. A police spokesman confirmed that, as revealed in The Herald yesterday, 200,000 fans crowded into the city centre from all over Edinburgh and the Lothians to cheer the team's first Scottish Cup success since 1956, but there were no arrests. The jubilant fans were desperate to see their heroes display the prized trophy.
