A 30-YEAR-OLD man drowned in the River Clyde at Uddingston yesterday. The man, who has not been named, got into difficulty while swimming with his brothers near Greyfriars horse riding school. They raised the alarm and the Strathclyde Police Helicopter Unit joined the search. The man's body was found later. Police said there were no suspicious circumstances and a report would be submitted to the procurator-fiscal.
