LOS ANGELES: Frank Sinatra's widow will inherit his property - including a Malibu beach house and a Beverly Hills estate - while his children will get the entertainer's lucrative music catalogue, a source close to the family said.

Sinatra's lawyer, Harvey Silbert, said he planned to file the will in Los Angeles Superior Court some time this week. Most of Sinatra's estate was apportioned in a trust the entertainer set up years ago, Silbert said. Sinatra's heirs know what is in the trust, but don't know the contents of the will, Silbert said. Sinatra died on Thursday after a heart attack. His private funeral takes place in Beverly Hills today.

The source close to the family said Sinatra was also leaving substantial resources to Barbara Sinatra, his fourth wife, and his three children, Nancy, Tina, and Frank Sinatra Jr.
