A WILDLIFE rescue centre run by the SSPCA is asking the public to use environment-friendly weedkiller, pesticides and garden sprays. Ms Sandra Bonar, director of the Middlebank centre at Inverkeithing, said yesterday: ''This is the time when most householders are busy getting their gardens into shape for the summer. It is also our worst time for birds and animals hurt or dying from pesticides and the like.''
