TWO RAF pilots were each fined #2500 and reprimanded after being convicted of fiddling expenses while working as peacekeepers in Bosnia.

Jaguar pilots Flight Lieutenant Shaun Widley, 30, left, and Flight Lieutenant Tom Barrett, 28, had appeared at a court martial at RAF Coltishall, Norfolk, on Monday.

The two men - both Gulf War veterans based at Coltishall - concocted a false accommodation claim for nearly #150 while based in southern Italy three years ago, the court martial heard.

An RAF spokesman said the investigation was continuing and further cases were being considered.
