ONE of Dundee's larger industrial units has found a new tenant. The former Dundee Textiles property on Riverside Avenue, pictured below, has been let to Rubicon HSP.
The landlord is local developer Bruce Linton who owns more than a million square feet of industrial space in Dundee.
He recently purchased the modern single-storey property from receivers Price Waterhouse. The 118,400sq ft building stands on a ten-acre site next to Dundee Airport. Rubicon HSP has taken the building on a 25-year lease at #2.50 per sq ft.
Rubicon will use the plant to supply local employer NCR with components for ATM machines. Graham & Sibbald acted as letting agents for Bruce Linton.
