SURGEONS are attempting to save part of a man's nose after it was bitten off by a woman in Eyemouth. The incident is understood to have occurred during a domestic dispute at a house in the town. The man who has not been named was taken to Berwick Infirmary then transferred to St John's Hospital at Livingston where he has been detained for treatment.
