n Glasgow's high flying rugby club, the Hawks, are aiming for their next major achievement - but this time it's off the park.

The club, who in their first year have swooped to success by winning Scottish rugby's Division Two and the Scottish Cup, are aiming for IIP status. And to mark their drive towards this, Michael Lunn, GDA chairman, presented the team with a commitment certificate.

Two members of GDA's IIP team - Jillian Moffat (centre) and Elaine Sneddon - joined a Hawks' training session to emphasise the importance of teamwork in achieving the required standards.

''Success is a team effort. Just as the Hawks complement each other on the park, so off the park the various elements of the business must perform in an efficient and co-ordinated way,'' said Lunn.
