THE chief executive and finance director of engineering group Mayflower, which includes Falkirk coachbuilder Walter Alexander, have gained more than #4m through exercising share options. John Simpson, chief executive, made #1.9m from options over one million shares, while David Donnelly realised #2.2m from 1.25 million shares. He retained 180,000 shares. Simpson has a holding of 2.1 million.
