AYRSHIRE farmer Alexander Fergusson was last night selected to contest the Galloway and Upper Nithsdale constituency for the Scottish Conservative Party in the elections to the Scottish Parliament. Mr Fergusson, 49, was educated at Eton and the West of Scotland Agricultural College.
