British Euro MPs among 32 politicians from eight countries who took the French World Cup soccer authorities to the Court de Grande Instance, in Paris, yesterday, in a bid to win more tickets for European fans, were told last night they would have to wait until June 5 to discover if they had succeeded.

They claim the French World Cup committee (CFO) has broken EU competition laws by demanding fans booking tickets must give a French address, and that the telephone system for booking procedures discriminated against fans outside France.
