STIRLING Council is to spend more than #1m linking every school in the district to the Internet. The three-year investment, will also provide new computers for every primary school classroom and pilot the use of lap-top computers in secondary schools. The plan is to allow all children in the area to take full advantage of the ''national grid for learning'' announced by Scottish education minister Brian Wilson.
