THE teaching of Gaelic in the West of Scotland is to receive #250,000 after Argyll and Bute Council secured a grant from the Scottish Office - the only local authority in Scotland to receive full funding. Fifteen local and six inter-authority projects will be organised by the council, and an additional Gaelic teaching post will be filled.
